Our new Medina location is open and ready to welcome you!

We’re excited to announce that Sonder is expanding, now offering a full range of behavioral health services in Medina, MN.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing more about our new location and the excellent members of our team who work there.

Today, let’s start with 5 fast facts about our office in Medina:

1. We’re just down the street

Accessing behavioral health care shouldn’t feel like one more item on your To Do list. That’s why we’ve planned our expansion with your convenience in mind. On the border of Medina and Plymouth, our Medina office is close to Target and an easy distance from Wayzata High School!

2. Smaller space, same Sonder quality

You might notice that the physical environment of our Medina office is cozier than our Minnetonka location. But rest assured: We’ve conceived our Medina location with the same intention and focus on creating a comfortable atmosphere. And we’re incredibly proud of the clinical team we’ve assembled to provide you with exceptional outpatient behavioral health services.

3. Therapy to fit your needs

Therapy is at the heart of our mission at Sonder. Our Medina location boasts services to meet the needs of your whole family: From individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults to couples therapy and family therapy, we’re ready to help you find the right provider for you. (And, yes, they all offer telehealth services, as well!)

4. A full range of services

Did you know our menu of care options isn’t limited to therapy? At our Medina location, you can explore medication management, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and testing/assessment (e.g., ADHD evaluations, differential diagnosis)! Some of our patients focus on one treatment modality; others work with their care team to design a custom plan that incorporates several components. It’s all about what’s right for you.

5. We’re ready to work with you

From payment options (we accept most insurances) to schedule coordination (we have morning through evening appointment times available) to team staffing (stay tuned for an upcoming post all about our Medina team!), we’ve built our newest location with flexibility and convenience in mind.
