Cultivating a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to explore who you are and your unique experiences through compassionate assertiveness is my goal. Life can often feel out of control and I like to empower my clients to process new ways of coping with difficult experiences. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity, or self-esteem, I am here to support you. Through therapy I also help my clients be able to process and express their emotions in a more effective and healthy manner, develop healthy relationships, process past experiences, and strengthen their sense of self.
It can be difficult to understand who you are and your place in this world, especially in relationships and young adulthood. I specialize in supporting these individuals through the use of mindfulness and a relational approach, self-acceptance, self-awareness, and interpersonal effectiveness.
The therapeutic relationship is so important and you can expect compassion, support, and a space that is truly yours. I would feel empowered to be a part of the process of healing your mind, body, and soul in a way that works uniquely for you.
